Beginner program for adults

The program introduces the person to become familiar with the basic rules of tennis, such as scoring, court lines, as well as equipment and balls.
At the same time, fundamental strokes such as forehand, backhand and serve will be practiced, trying to undertake proper technique, ball impact point, hand-eye coordination and body position during strokes.
The program plans to lead the player to succeed in keeping the rally together with the coach or with a partner. These are ideal starting steps for anyone joining our adult tennis lessons.

Intermediate program

The program involves improving fundamental strokes such as forehand, backhand and serve through angles, power and the various possible effects to give the ball such as top spin and slice.
Shots such as volleys, smash, slice and short ball are introduced. This course is suitable for those who already have a good knowledge of the game and are able to play amateur level matches, and more complex playing strategies such as attacking and descending at the net will be taught.
Matches will also be organized to practice the skills learned.

Advanced program

This course is suitable for experienced players who wish to further improve their skills and compete at a higher level.
During the course, more advanced technical aspects will be covered, such as serving in slice, kick, spin and flat. An integral part of the course will include a focus on responding to the opponent”s serve and the split step.
Advanced game strategies will also be taught, such as controlling pace and reading the opponent’s game, psychological aspects in the various phases of the game, and how to handle a full 3-set match. All this is offered as part of our tennis academy for adults.
