To ensure clarity and a smooth experience for our clients, we’ve outlined key details regarding our lesson formats, cancellation policy, and package options.

Please note that the trial training session is charged.

• 10-hour packages are available only after a trial session and are agreed upon individually.
• Once confirmed, the package becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Each package is valid for one full season:
• Summer season: approx. 6 months
• Winter season: approx. 6 months
• Only one package may be purchased per player per season.

This ensures optimal scheduling and consistent training progression throughout the season.

• The Standard 10-Hour Package is tied to a fixed time slot (e.g., weekday mornings or early afternoons).
• The FLEX Package allows you to schedule lessons at any available time, including peak hours and weekends.
• FLEX pricing includes a CHF 50 or 100 discount off the total full-price hourly rate, providing flexibility while maintaining value.
