The junior programme is suitable for children from the age of 11. Training will be carried out according to the needs and level of the children. The aim of the MVTA is to bring the potential of each individual child to its maximum level without making a distinction between beginner-recreational players and players who want to reach a competitive-professional level

The course aims to develop a winning mentality, to respect fellow players and opponents, and finally to improve physical fitness and socialisation.

Beginner-amateur level

This level is suitable for young people starting to play tennis or those who would like to play with friends and colleagues in the future.
It teaches the basic techniques of all strokes with the aim of holding the exchange and playing simple games. It teaches playing tactics that will benefit in finding the ideal way to play and set up one’s own game against the opponent’s playing weaknesses.
Coordination as well as the athletic part will be trained to give as much comfort as possible during the participant’s games. Fun is guaranteed!

Competitive-professional level

This level is ideal for more experienced players with superior skills compared to beginner-amateur players. Complex techniques, tactics, patterns and game movements will be taught.
Attention will be paid to point construction, physical fitness and the winning mentality for a high level performance. Matches and game situations will be coached constantly in order to learn solutions to be used in every situation or in moments of difficulty.
Mental support will always be available to overcome ‘down’ moments or in situations of negative attitudes that may occur during matches.
